reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger accounts
deal with any queries in a timely and accurate fashion
process staff expenses and credit card transactions
ensure all invoices and credit card statements are reconciled at the close of each month
counting and entering cash takings onto Xero
bank reconciliations, reconciling and posting sales receipts to the sales ledger
helping process and update payroll records
Requirements
