  • reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger accounts
  • deal with any queries in a timely and accurate fashion
  • process staff expenses and credit card transactions
  • ensure all invoices and credit card statements are reconciled at the close of each month
  • counting and entering cash takings onto Xero
  • bank reconciliations, reconciling and posting sales receipts to the sales ledger
  • helping process and update payroll records

Requirements

  • bookkeeping: 2 years
