experience: Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided
Responsibility
packing Bread Products: Carefully pack various types of bread and bakery items into designated packaging, ensuring accuracy and quality
quality Control: Inspect bread products for consistency, size, and quality before packing. Report any defects or inconsistencies to the supervisor
labelling: Accurately label packed products with necessary information such as product type, expiration date, and batch number
inventory Management: Keep track of packaging supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is low
order Fulfilment: Prepare and pack orders according to customer specifications and delivery schedules
sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organised packing area. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
documentation: Complete and maintain necessary records related to packing and order fulfilment

operating industrial ovens and bakery equipment
following all food safety and hygiene procedures
