Responsibility
undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility
ensure that properties are ready for inventory through liaison with the landlord to make sure the property complies with legislation and is presented to an acceptable standard
manage a portfolio of properties and taking full responsibility of our landlords’ investment , providing professional recommendations with regard the repair and maintenance of the property, offering guidance to ensure the investment is managed to protect the value of the property whilst complying with relevant legislation
carry out check in and check out appointments, dealing with end of tenancy negotiations, arranging the return of tenant deposits and handling disputes within the guidelines and timeframes required by the Tenancy Deposit scheme regulator
attend to property repair issues in a timely, organised, and pro-active manner and obtaining repair quotes/ estimates from contractors where required
keep landlords/tenants updated on all relevant matters
