- the ideal candidate will have previous industry experience as a sales progressor, along with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- you will have a natural ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with your clients and be ambitious and happy to hit the ground running in this role
- with at least 2 years experiences of estate agency sales progression you will have a strong work ethic combined with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- you will be responsible for negotiating successful sales of our properties whilst maintaining strong relationships with applicants and existing clients as well as generating new business and new clients, registering new sales and lettings applicants and organising viewings therefore a knowledge of the Halifax area is required
- you will be responsible for undertaking viewings of residential sales with prospective buyers, you will have the abilty to maintain strong relationships with applicants and existing clients as well as generating new business and new clients
- ideally you will have previous industry experience of sales progression, however we will consider applications from individuals with no prior experience who demonstrate the required skill set we are looking for
- the role will deal with residential sales including undertake external viewings as and when required, therefore a full UK driving licence plus use of your own vehicle which must be insured for business purposes are essential
- you will be responsible for negotiating successful sales of our properties whilst maintaining strong relationships with applicants and existing clients as well as generating new business and new clients, registering new sales and lettings applicants and organising viewings therefore a knowledge of the Rawtenstall area is required
- you will be responsible for negotiating successful sales of our properties whilst maintaining strong relationships with applicants and existing clients as well as generating new business and new clients, registering new sales and lettings applicants and organising viewings therefore a knowledge of the Oldham area is required
