  • proactively chase and secure new orders
  • to develop new customers through lead follow ups and converting incoming enquiries
  • to communicate with existing customers to understand their needs and requirements and to identify new sales opportunities within these accounts
  • to cross sell new products to existing customers
  • generate product costings, create and send quotes to prospects and existing customers
  • to coordinate the supply of samples to prospective and existing customers
  • to obtain quotations and delivery times from suppliers
