Working hours

Responsibility

  • plan, forecast, and report on sales, costings and business performance
  • grow and develop the business in line with monthly KPIs
  • manage effective programme management in branch in accordance with Company and DfE guidelines
  • control income and expenditure for allocated branches within the allocated budgets
  • monitor variance reports on a monthly basis in conjunction with the Operations Manager to ensure the branch is profitable and feasible
  • JOB ROLE: Business Manager
  • ensure effective performance management of staff
  • CONTRACT: Full-Time/Temporary Cover

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years experience working with government-funded programmes
  • minimum 1 years experience managing a team
  • excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
  • full Driving License and Access to transport for business use
  • degree in Management
  • business development experience
