- an independent food manufacturer in the Vale of Belvoir are looking for a multi skilled Maintenance Supervisor
- ideally seeking an engineer with electrical knowledge / skills for maintenance support when required
- organise and manage team to ensure that high quality production output is achieved through effective maintenance
- use preventative maintenance to ensure minimal downtime
- enforce site rules and procedures at all times

- work with Production Dept to achieve daily / weekly targets
- you will be managing a small team of 4 people and will mostly be carrying out management responsibilities, but there is also the requirement to jump on the tools to support if needed

Requirements
- qualified maintenance engineer with C&G’s or NVQ Level 3 or ideally ONC / HNC level
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- min 2 years experience leading a team
- multi skilled, mechanical and electrical skills / experience
- apprenticeship trained
- proactive attitude to solving issues and supporting production
- food manufacturing experience would be very advantageous
- maintenance: 2 years
