Responsibility
- to undertake Insurance Valuations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments across a broad range of property types throughout the UK and potentially internationally
- manage own case load and support the rest of the team, reporting into the Head of Department
- key Responsibilities of the role
- inspections – site surveys comprising; taking site notes, noting construction form, building services, fixtures and finishes, as well as external works
- taking photos, full site measurements or check measurements of buildings and external areas, electronic take offs from plans
- measurement – using digital measurement software and adhering to RICS IPMS and COMP best practice
- to work with Site Notes Templates RCA Calc Templates, Report Templates
- travel – make appropriate arrangements, liasing directly with clients and manage budgets
