- support to the SLHs in co-ordinating the delivery team, scheduling work and the oversight of project delivery
- coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- create and update the CRM system, records, databases and reports with project, financial and other data
- quality control of companywide documentation including proofreading
- support monthly fee forecasting, financial management, and invoicing
- support the delivery of business process improvement projects
- maintain a library of research resources and undertake ad hoc research tasks
- support with administration and logistics for the delivery of complex projects
