Requirements
BSc Degree, HNC, HND in Building Studies
BTEC Higher Diploma in Building Studies/Apprentice trained
have appropriate academic, professional or technical qualifications in surveying, building or construction or be qualified by experience to an equivalent level

Responsibility
to carry out inspections to our existing tenanted homes, void properties and to deliver the annual stock condition programme
to plan, prepare, project manage and deliver planned and cyclical programmes of investment and maintenance
monitor financial, technical and other operational performance that the property services are responsible for including budgetary management and control
accurately record and collate property related data and information on CRHA IT operating systems
ensure that the procuring, processing and administering of work meets audit requirements
personal qualities and circumstances
A full driving licence and the ability to travel within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Work occasional unsocial hours
responsibility for day-to-day contractor management including contractor checks and verifications, quality assurance and the efficient and cost-effective delivery of works and services
