  • we are an independent garage, offering servicing, repairs and MOT's to a range of vehicles
  • based in Rudgwick, near Horsham and have very loyal customers due to the honest and reliable service we offer
  • we are looking for a new member of staff to join us as a Service Advisor
  • using our management system, you will be the link between our customers and our workshop
  • from welcoming customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey keeping them informed of their vehicles progress
  • from diary management booking in work to invoicing and presenting the completed job
  • as Service Advisor you will ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times and maintain excellent standards of administration and organisation
