RUBY VIOLET is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • leading and managing the team within store including developing your team members in all aspects of their role
  • communicating and working towards annual and monthly targets with the rest of the team
  • implementing and driving high standards of customer services within the store
  • organising the rota & recruitment
  • coaching and Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the store ensuring the highest standards of customer service and cleanliness are maintained, staff are engaged and motivated and that sales targets are achieved
  • 40 hours per 7 day week with 2 days off per week
  • provide support for staff and act as a link between them and management so that any concerns they have can be voiced, listened to and actioned
  • be lively and enthusiastic about food, especially ice cream, with staff and customers and establish a positive and productive relationship with them as well as with the wider community

Requirements

  • experience of working in hospitality as a Supervisor/Manager
  • proven ability to set and achieve consistently high standards for yourself and your team
  • excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • highly organised, self-disciplined and with excellent attention to detail
  • intermediate level IT skills - ability to use Office suite and databases
  • excellent work ethic
