Responsibility

  • working alongside our Busy Cashiering department, we now require a part time experienced credit controller
  • taking a proactive role in managing and collecting our Aged Debts
  • ensuring timely payment of debts
  • setting up of payment plans
  • taking a proactive role in managing and collecting our aged debts
  • responding to relevant client enquires
  • preparation of Monthly statements to our clients

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • strong knowledge of Aged Debtors processes and procedures
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
  • proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
  • accounting: 1 year
