Responsibility
- determine the client’s aspirations, goals and requirements and summarise it into a brief
- survey and document the client’s space as well as make accurate space plans using AutoCAD
- define and develop drawing packages and finishes schedules in accordance with company templates
- prepare plans, elevations and drawings in accordance with CDM 2015
- construct 3D Visuals using Sketchup
- effectively liaise and cooperate with other business teams within the organisation
- support the Lead Designer where required
Requirements
- previous experience and qualifications in design is required, having fitout experience would be advantageous
- as a Designer, an understanding of Building Control and Fire Regulations, with the ability to complete building surveys and to create technical drawing packages is a must
- the ideal candidate has high level of design creativity and eye for detail, hand drawing skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and a positive attitude
