Responsibility

  • the Ultimate Haven Children’s Home is a new semi independent children’s residential home that offers short, medium and long term residential placements to up to 3 young people between the ages of 16 – 18, who have experienced family / foster care breakdown, emotional / behavioural difficulties or other such significant interruptions in their lives
  • we are looking for a hard working and dedicated support workers to join our growing team, ideally with experience in residential care, working with young people and challenging behaviours
  • we provide fun, educational and stimulating care in small family style home which have been specifically designed so that each young person feels safe and comfortable in their surroundings
  • key Duties and Responsibilities
  • ensure good timekeeping and attendance and have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
  • the primary function of the Childcare Worker is to ensure all our young people are in receipt of high quality care as set out in the Quality Standards and Children’s Homes Regulations
  • update as directed by the Home Manager
