Responsibility
- be able to carry out BREEAM and SKA Assessments
- have a working knowledge of WELL and LEED
- manage project specific certification and targets with a range of sustainability rating tools such as BREEAM, WELL, LEED and SKA
- carry out Low to Zero Carbon technologies reviews, calculations, assessments and produce reports with recommendations
- be actively involved in building regulation compliance assessments
- provide training and support to other internal team members
- work competently on an independent basis or as part of a wider team and be responsible for reporting to line manager
- manage your own workload to suit project deadlines and requirements
Requirements
- valid UK Driving Licence
- willingness to do overtime, when and if required
- experience and working knowledge of an MEP environment on multi-disciplinary projects
- must be prepared to travel within the UK. This may involve early morning starts, late finishes and occasionally overnight stays
- accredited LCC and LCEA assessor
