Responsibility
- troubleshooting problems related to Desktop/Laptops, MAC, Windows 10, MS-Outlook & other Office applications
- provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
- troubleshooting Skype, video call related issues. Should be familiar with collaboration tools
- must have exposure to Windows 10 migration, user profiles management, data backups
- work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed
- provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
- troubleshooting Windows Profile, printers, shared drives related issues
- troubleshooting Wireless connectivity problems
Requirements
- associate Degree in Computer Science or related field
- bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- professional demeanour
- UK Citizen /applicable to this job
- minimum of 18 months years of IT experience
- excellent communication skill
- proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA's
