fabricator welder

Working hours

  • full-time

Requirements

  • candidate will start from the basics like cutting, drilling and grinding, developing overtime to fabricating and welding
  • you will also be required to help, fetch and carry for others as you develop your own skills over time
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
  • previous experience in fabrication and be capable of welding/fabricating mild steel
  • welding MIG, proven ability to weld to a high standard
  • able to work from and to read/understand fabrication drawings
  • looking for someone willing to learn on the job how to weld and fabricate metal components from basic drawings and copying existing patterns
  • fabrication - ability to use cutting tools, press brake etc

  • follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
