Responsibility

escalate service and member issues to the relevant departments of the team
support in the resolution of any facilities and maintenance issues
monitor stock levels of our products and support in ordering when necessary
support a welcoming and unique club atmosphere for our JOHN REED community. You are our members first point of contact for every visit, and responsible for checking them in
support the Sales Team in daily club tours for all prospective members and guests
you are responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as maintaining cleanliness of the club and reception, upkeep of changing rooms and other facilities

Responsibility
you sell our products and services together with the Customer Service Team
in consultation with the Club Manager, you develop strategies and targets to recruit and retain new members
establishing and maintaining relationships of existing members but also potential members outside the club
you make acquisitions and enter collaborations with local companies, shops, influencers, ambassadors etc
you make incoming and outgoing phone calls with members and potential members
you conduct sales calls and give club tours to inform new members about our facilities with the aim of concluding a membership
you plan and supervise promotional events with a view to recruiting leads and retention inside and outside the club in consultation with the Marketing Manager and Customer Service Manager
Requirements
you enjoy working for a growing company
you have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar position
you have very good MS Office skills
you are distinguished by organizational talent
you have a friendly and communicative personality with a decisive attitude
you are willing to learn and willing to perform
