Requirements

- minimum 3 to 4 years’ working experience as a Car Body Repairer will be an advantage
- proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, and screwdrivers
- experience with power tools such as grinders, sanders, and welders
- ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- stripping and refitting trim and panel interior
- examining the damaged panel or part and deciding whether to repair or replace it
- attention to detail and precision in panel alignment and finishing work
