Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our busy small asbestos removal company
  • perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and documentation
  • coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits
  • ordering resources for projects, including waste containers, air monitoring and materials
  • maintain accurate records and databases, including client information, project documentation, and financial records
  • assist in the preparation of relevant project documents
  • as an integral part of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and clients

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven experience in a similar administrative role in the construction industry / asbestos industry would be preferable but not essential
  • strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
  • proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
  • exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines related to asbestos removal is a plus, but not essential
  • professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
