Responsibility
we are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our busy small asbestos removal company
perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and documentation
coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits
ordering resources for projects, including waste containers, air monitoring and materials
maintain accurate records and databases, including client information, project documentation, and financial records
assist in the preparation of relevant project documents
as an integral part of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and clients
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
proven experience in a similar administrative role in the construction industry / asbestos industry would be preferable but not essential
strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines related to asbestos removal is a plus, but not essential
professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
