As such, we are very excited to be creating a brand new role of L&D Manager in the HR team, reporting to the People Director. This role has flexibility on location, with the successful candidate based in any one of our offices in Leeds, Hull, Birmingham, Leicester or Glasgow.*The Role*This role is central to our people strategy. Working closely with the People Director and broader HR team, you will be responsible for creating and owning the rradar academy, our Learning & Development Framework.This will be integrated with our culture and values, embracing all roles across the business, providing learning and development solutions from induction, through on-the-job development, to leadership capability and support in the creation and embedding of clear career paths.This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional, from a professional services background, experienced in building L&D frameworks and training delivery, to develop solutions from the ground up.We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient and prepared to roll their sleeves up to get this off the ground, with longer term potential to grow out a team around them.
