Responsibility
- using the computerised work control system, purchase order, receive and issue goods and material
- experience on Sage 200 and Sage 50, but not essential ,training will be given
- carry out regular stock-takes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of stock information
- count inventory with excellent accuracy and work with accounts and production to maintain supply
- provide periodic reports relating to receipts, and stock value, liaise with management
- progress orders and warranty returns to ensure work completion deadlines are met
- organise the return of spare parts to the manufacturer for repair or warranty
- taking control of two small warehouses with the delivery of pallets and boxes from suppliers using forklift truck
