Responsibility
- varied role for an organised and polite individual with customer service experience
- working at the heart of one of the UK’s leading non-wired bra specialists based in Banbury, Oxfordshire
- salary – negotiable depending on experience
- hours – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- update product feedback spreadsheets for Design on information given from either trade or direct customers
- support the team with trade customer enquiries
- check for pending orders daily and process where necessary
- process forward orders for new styles and back orders for out-of-stock items once available
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- minimum 5 years’ experience working within customer service
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proven track record of using own initiative in working environment
- customer service: 5 years
