- we are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team
- this is for someone who loves hospitality and keen to ensure all guests and visitors who come to The Royal Sportsman receive a warm welcome and provide a lasting impression of the hotel
- to succeed in this role, you must be a team player with a tireless work ethic and a desire to deliver outstanding first class service
- to ensure that enquiries, messages and bookings are dealt with courteously and efficiently
- carry out cashiering, general administration duties, answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries from guests, members of the public and staff
- taking Room and restaurant reservations correctly and courteously
Requirements

- previously worked in a hotel environment
