Working hours

Responsibility
- troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users
- assist with basic network and connectivity troubleshooting
- onboard and offboard users, ensuring access permissions and configurations are set up correctly
- research and provide solutions to technical problems, offering step-by-step instructions for users
- assist with maintaining backup systems and conducting restore tests
- collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and contribute to their successful delivery
- serve as a point of contact for internal users, providing technical support through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, chat, phone, and email
- follow established procedures and protocols for handling support requests and issues
Requirements
- strong problem-solving abilities, both independently and as part of a team
- proficiency in diagnosing basic network and connectivity issues
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proactive approach to understanding user requirements and providing proactive support
- familiarity with common software and hardware issues and their resolutions
- quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- experience with ticketing systems and maintaining documentation
- ability to follow established procedures and protocols
Education
- preferred qualifications include having practical experience in a Service Desk or similar support role for a period of 36 months. Additionally, possessing IT certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft certifications would be highly desirable
