  • providing support as required for the development and delivery of the Cosford and London Master Plans
  • project manage the production and installation of displays
  • working creatively with curators, 2D design, interpretation, audience research, visitors experience, access and learning to create, develop and deliver design concepts, ensuring each exhibition and display supports the chosen narrative and type of experience, facilitates the most engaging visitor journey and provides safety of our visitors and collections, while ensuring value for money
  • for major exhibition projects, support the development and delivery of design concepts, providing advice on exhibitions structures’ specification and finishes, to ensure the Museum meets its objectives of safety, durability, ease of maintenance and value for money

digital marketing manager

  • developing and implementing a reporting infrastructure that summarises all of the key digital marketing and acquisition KPIs across all digital channels
  • key responsibility for the development of the new RAF Museum website, in line with overall marketing objectives
  • this will consider the future integration of the Museum’s website, its ticketing platforms, its social media channels, and its online store
  • this commercially oriented strategy will build on the principles outlined in our Commercial Strategy and will focus on the development of the Museums digital business and in driving awareness and visits to RAF Museums

  • we are looking to recruit an Estates Technician to join our team based in London, with hybrid working available. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £34,861.05 per annum

workshop manager

Responsibility

  • working closely with the Museum Technician and report to the Head of Exhibitions and Interpretation
  • providing effective prioritisation and resourcing of the Workshop team
  • designing, manufacturing and installation of exhibitions plinths and displays
  • managing projects within a multi-disciplinary team on schedule and within budget
  • developing Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring they are shared appropriately and respected at all times
  • cultivating partnerships with external stakeholders, contractors and consultants such as exhibition designers, graphic designers, model makers, exhibition construction contractors, quantity surveyors, planning supervisors and contract administrators
