  • preparation and serving of meals and beverages as required
  • to carry out kitchen duties ensuring a high standard of hygiene always
  • report any incidents or matters raised by service users concerning catering to the Care Manager
  • abide and understand policies and procedures
  • to conform to the Care Home’s Food Hygiene procedures
  • ensure all equipment used is well maintained
  • ensure all stock ordered is consistent with planned menus
  • maintain an accurate stock control
