- scheduling, managing and assisting out frontline engineer workforce as they service multiple national contracts across the entire United Kingdom
- taking/Making calls from/to our clients, suppliers and engineering frontline workforce
- analysing engineer job reports to then breakdown and turn them into quotations or next step required works
- working/Liaising with internal departments ensuring seamless handover of processes etc
- we are looking to recruit for a permanent Service Administrator to work within our service department here at Rowland Door Services Limited, based in Kings Norton, South Birmingham
- updating live works via email, telephone and various client portals
- liaising with suppliers to order parts for specific jobs tasks
- working within our very busy service department conducting just some of the the following duties
Requirements
- customer service: 2 years
