Responsibility
- rowland Air Conditioning Ltd is a Midlands based Air Conditioning & Ventilation contractor providing design and build services nationwide
- A full driving license is required and a company vehicle will be provided
- working knowledge of Air Conditioning split/VRF systems is required and ideally AHU’s/DX Coils and general ventilation systems
- profit Share/Bonus Scheme initiated after 6 months service
- must be willing to work flexible hours from time to time as deemed required
- we are looking for a project manager to join our growing team to work on various projects nationwide from small install works to large design and build fast track projects
- this role will include procurement, surveying and some estimating work, attending site meeting/design team meetings, leading site teams while providing continuous support to both staff, engineers and clients
