- five or more years of Quantity Surveying experience
- strong track record of NEC 3/4 contract administration
- strong track record of NEC 3/4 contract management
Responsibility
- support the effective project delivery to budget, time and quality specific to client’s goals and objectives
- supervise the production of all commercial information required to support the project and monitor on-going financial status of the project
- supervise cost and value reporting, project change , risk/early warning registers, defects and other commercial matters as they arise
- responsible for producing commercial reports and on-going status of the project’s financial health
- manage cost and value reporting, project change , risk/early warning registers, defects and other commercial matters as they arise
- administer NEC 3/4 contracts competently and in the Client’s interest
- administer NEC 3/4 contracts competently with the support of your line manger
- maintain positive working relationships with the client and all stakeholders
