Responsibility
- as Recruitment Administrator you will provide support with a wide range of administration and recruitment aspects
- you will be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills combined with an energetic and enthusiastic style
- maintenance of Global Talent Pool
- search, identify and engage with candidates in the required positions/vacancies
- dealing with candidates via telephone and email
- receive and review applications, reviewing with the appropriate project manager to confirm candidates
- working closely with the onshore crewing team to ensure the company’s ROV fleet is manned with a constant supply of qualified, skilled and competent offshore personnel to meet global business demands
- ensure that new starts are added to the appropriate systems/database and relevant forms are completed for a smooth onboarding process
