  • duties are going to include, but not limited to, ensuring the company is CQC compliant, liaising with the local councils to bring on care packages, managing a team of brilliant staff aswell as actively recruiting more, liaising and dealing with our service users to ensure the high standard of our care continues
  • the individual should have experience within such a role or training, ideally they will have knowledge on the legislation and be motivated to be along for the journey of this fast growing company
  • we would like a personable individual with character who will fit well into our great team and continue to uphold the high standard we have been maintaining thus far
