Responsibility

  • rosy cheeks Nurseries Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic unqualified practitioner for their Tunstall site
  • gain a comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and equal opportunities issues and be able to follow other policies and procedures
  • working 6 hours a day between the hours of 9-3.30 Monday to Friday
  • applicants are required to email the nursery to request an application form
  • this role involves completing an apprenticeship with a local company in order to gain a childcare qualification, this can take between 12-18 months
  • ideal candidates will be eager to start their childcare career and may already have some experience of childcare and be able to engage and communicate with children, staff and parents
  • they will gain the experience and skills to fully understand and follow the Early years foundation stage and complete profiles for their key children
