Responsibility

  • we are not fine dining but that does not mean low quality
  • we cook over wood fires and use our own meat and local produce
  • roskilly's is a working dairy farm with an on site restaurant
  • we serve an exciting menu covering breakfast, lunch & dinner
  • everything is cooked inside our woodfired oven & the open grill
  • we are looking for a Chef that would like to work in a beautiful part of the world, right beside the sea, with the potential of a house provided for a few months or maybe more
  • our opening hours are daily from 9.30 am to 9pm
  • you will be working five longer days during the summer holidays but we are not a late opening place and you will usually finished by 9 or 10 pm
