- this is an exciting new role within a rapidly expanding company with a friendly and motivating culture
- we are currently recruiting for the position of Legal Cashier to be based in our Basingstoke office
- this role offers a competitive salary dependant on experience
- this is a part-time position
- sending reminders for non-payment of invoices
- reconciling bank, petty cash and general ledgers
- assisting with end of month payments for crime and family legal aid
Requirements
- have a good understanding of the accounting system, the banking system and case management systems such as Leap
- have a good understanding of the accounting system, the banking system and case management systems
- full knowledge, experience and understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules is required
- ability to communicate at all levels and across all departments
- ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
