- familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical skills
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- proficiency in using computer programs such as SolidWorks for fabricating parts
- strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- physical stamina to handle materials handling tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- welding experience is a plus
Responsibility
- set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper tooling is used
- package finished products according to company standards
- perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
