Responsibility

  • roseville Contracts Ltd are looking to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor
  • undertaking costing analysis, take-offs, and quantity schedules
  • applications for payment
  • identifying/ costing and negotiating variations
  • attend meetings with clients and colleagues
  • produce labour payment schedules
  • process sub-contractor labour measures and payments
  • final Account agreements/ retention release negotiations

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • full Driving Licence
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organisational skills and time management
  • communication skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • the ability to understand drawings and other contract documents
