- ensure the individual's support plan and risk assessments are followed
- assisting Individuals to manage and maximise their finances
- ensuring that all individual's records are accurately maintained
- promoting independent living, confidence building, self awareness, training, education, employment opportunities and participation within the local community
- communication/consulting with professionals
- provide a high quality, responsive and person centred service that meets the physical, mental and emotional needs of the individuals
- ensuring the individuals have choice and control over their lives
- demonstrates a sensitive and supported approach to vulnerable individuals maintaining their dignity and self respect at all times
