  • manage the recruitment process and the onboarding of all new employees
  • manage the offboarding process of all leaving employees
  • feedback payroll information to the Managing Director
  • maintain all internal comms from the company to the employees
  • oversee the studio team’s monthly timesheets and import it into monthly summaries
  • help coach and advise managers with any people issues within their team
  • oversee and manage the performance review system ensuring all members of the team know what needs to be done and by when
