- we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small, country family-run pub

- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements
- monitor stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage deliveries to maintain an appropriate inventory
- regularly review and update pricing, menus, and promotions to maximize revenue and meet customer expectations
- staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team back and front of house
- interact with customers, address their concerns, and handle feedback in a professional and timely manner
- develop and maintain strong relationships with regulars creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere

Requirements
- previous experience in pub or restaurant management is essential, preferably in a similar small, family-run establishment
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers
