Responsibility
- the most important ingredients in our pubs are out Team Members and Our Guests
- without a great team we cannot ensure that our guests enjoy outstanding hospitality
- schedule staff shifts, manage time off requests, and ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and performance
- without exceeding our guests’ expectations we don’t have a great business
- foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and resolve any staff conflicts or issues
- we are a small collection of Traditional British Pubs serving Pub Food to Perfection, Drinks as they should be served and the Best Service Ever
- we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pub Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small, country family-run pub
Requirements
- previous experience in pub or restaurant management is essential, preferably in a similar small, family-run establishment
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers
- solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including stock management and cost control
- knowledge of health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and relevant legislation
- creative mindset with a passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- supervising experience: 1 year
