Responsibility

  • we are currently recruiting for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at our family friendly village pub
  • the successful candidate will have previous hospitality experience and be able to help drive the business to new levels
  • \* Train, Coach and Motivate the team
  • \* Stock rotation and control
  • \*Provide warm welcome to all our guests
  • you will need to be able to lead by example via a hands on approach, training staff in all roles and have an eye for detail ensuring the pub is presented in the best possible way at all times
