we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our team at The Rose & Crown. We are looking for a passionate chef who wants to really deliver an all day superb standard offering to a suburb that's crying out for quality food
having come from the hardworking hospitality background to launch our independent business we take work life balance seriously here and would support that however we can with the right candidate
we also think the chefs are as important as the front of house, so tips will be shared equally between those on shift
Requirements
you must be able to work well as a team and be able to run a section independently
be willing to learn and also transfer any skills you do have to younger chefs
you must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background
you will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship
