Responsibility

  • we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our team at The Rose & Crown. We are looking for a passionate chef who wants to really deliver an all day superb standard offering to a suburb that's crying out for quality food
  • having come from the hardworking hospitality background to launch our independent business we take work life balance seriously here and would support that however we can with the right candidate
  • we also think the chefs are as important as the front of house, so tips will be shared equally between those on shift

Requirements

  • you must be able to work well as a team and be able to run a section independently
  • be willing to learn and also transfer any skills you do have to younger chefs
  • you must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background
  • you will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship
