Requirements
- qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy , Level 4 is highly desirable
- minimum two-years experience within either an Aesthetic clinic or Salon environment
- team player, with a positive can-do attitude
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- well presented
- professional attitude
- flexible with availability- able to work evenings and weekends occasionally
- excellent and dedicated attitude towards their work
Responsibility
- carry out body and facial treatments to include - non surgical face lifts, laser hair
- promote safeguarding and risk management in respect of patients, employees
- the role you will be undertaking will include leading the patient on their journey through the Clinic from greeting at the door, offering refreshments, taking them through the consultation; supporting the patient to choose the correct treatment, all the way through to completion of treatment
- this clinic believes in a more approachable, friendly service with the experience of the patient always being placed above making profit and offering the best evidence-based treatments for patients
- analyze, consult and perform facial and body treatments in a professional manner
- educate clients on services and skin care used within the clinic
- you will be required to keep comprehensive notes including photography of patients at consultation, these will need to be stored electronically onto the computer system, so a basic knowledge of ICT is needed
- perform consultations and skin assessments using core knowledge to maximise customer satisfaction in results and clinics treatment schedule
