  • setup and maintaining bar stations to an excellent standard
  • working with the whole team to deliver the day to day running of the bar
  • creating a fun, upbeat and welcoming atmosphere
  • ensuring a high quality of service
  • following H&S and any security specifics
  • enforcing Challenge 25 and Licensing Rules
  • collecting glasses, clearing tables and cleaning up spills

Requirements

  • you will need to be available for work on Fridays and Saturdays and have cocktail experience to be considered
