Responsibility

  • management of the departmental business strategy to ensure it fully aligns with the Business Strategic Objectives
  • effective leadership of teams including resourcing planning, talent and performance management, employee engagement and culture and progression planning
  • ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts of project completions and to ensure these align with the company budget
  • ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction is provided by the team
  • development and management of a continuous improvement ethos within the team
  • strategic operational planning both from a resource and capacity perspective
  • execution of project management of select contracts as and when required

Requirements

  • operations management: 5 years
  • you will need to have a valid SMSTS and experience of managing projects and contracts as well as be able to demonstrate strong business acumen, resilience and flexibility, strong work ethic, great organisation and prioritisation skills as well as MS Office expertise and mentoring ability
