Responsibility
to carry out Reception/Front of House duties that help to generate business and provide excellent patient care
reporting to the Practice Manager. Hours of work – to be carried out in accordance with a weekly/monthly rota schedule
ensuring the clinical rooms and other areas are always clean and prepared ready for use
we are looking to recruit a new member to our reception/admin team. Initially this will be to cover maternity leave with the potential to extend to a permanent contract
greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive
day to day point of contact for all patient queries for treatments. Providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email
answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
booking of appointments, updating calendar and schedule treatment in conjunction with Practice Manager and Clinicians/Practitioners
Requirements
proven work experience as a front facing Receptionist/Customer service role
high School GSCE level or equivalent
certification in Office Management is a plus
professional attitude and appearance
solid written and verbal communications skills
ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
excellent organisational skills
multi-tasking and time-management skills
