  • deliver a first class customer experience at all times
  • proactively communicate with the customer any delivery delays
  • ROMIL is an innovative producer of high purity chemicals, solvents, acids and reagents for both scientific and industrial applications
  • we are now seeking an experienced and proactive sales support professional to enhance our quality market image
  • work closely with the Commercial Manager to support and develop the relationship with the our customers and optimise all sales opportunities
  • accurately and promptly invoice orders once despatched in line with current quotations
  • to be the primary point of contact for the customer, managing the day to day activities such as sales order entry, chasing outstanding orders, resolving complaints, handling enquiries, booking transport and managing delivery expectations all within a timely manner
  • liaise with internal departments such as production, laboratory, warehouse and despatch to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of goods from receipt of order through to despatch
