Responsibility

  • due to the relocation of our current Payroll Administrator, an opportunity has arisen for a Payroll and HR Administrator, hours of work will be minimum 30 hrs per week up to 37.5 hrs per week
  • preparation of a Weekly Payroll run for approximately 60 employees
  • processing new starts and leavers through payroll
  • preparation and submission of Pension contributions
  • preparation of employee contacts
  • dealing with ad-hoc HR issues as they arise
  • processing of payroll year end
  • preparation of a monthly payroll for the Middle East
