Responsibility
- rokers is an independent Animal Feeds, Equestrian and Country Store which has been in business for over 60 years
- working alongside the Equestrian shop Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the shop
- in charge of the shop on the Manager’s days off
- based in a leafy setting in Worplesdon, Guildford, we pride ourselves on offering a friendly shopping experience with excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge
- providing an excellent level of customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- we recently moved into a brand-new purpose-built shop and we are looking for someone with experience in retail and an interest in equine to join the team as a Supervisor. The role is based in our Equestrian division
- leading, motivating and training junior members of staff
- assisting with marketing and promotions
Requirements
- at least 2 years experience in the retail sector
- experience in equine
- excellent interpersonal and customerservice skills
- friendly and approachable nature
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- rama trained
- equine: 1 year
