Requirements
- have a relevant management qualification and other qualifications as required by Ofsted regulations
- have a thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulation
- minimum 2 years’ experience within Children's Residential Care
- experience in managing children with learning disabilities like ASD/ADSD, Autism and how to effectively develop and care for them
- currently or previously hold or have held a registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
- have exceptional leadership and management skills
- have a Level 5 Qualification - Health and Social Care
- NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young Peoples work force - Essential
